Terms and Conditions

1. Open for families only.

2. Cooking is not allowed. However, we provide a microwave for food heating.

3. Deposit of RM100.00 is required upon booking. Full payment of rental fees will be collected upon arrival. The deposit will be return upon check-out, provided that the house is in good condition as per check-in.

4. Booking without deposit is not guaranteed - first come and first serve basis.

5. Deposit will not be refunded on any cancellation booking.
